Brickyard Homes Ltd of Torfaen, have selected PolySteel ICF’s for the construction of over 100 new homes on this very difficult site. Because of the severely sloping ground there is considerable retaining required and once again PolySteel has proved that it is up to the task.
We are also delighted to have introduced a team of the most experienced ICF installers in Europe to work alongside the contractors own work force.
Having lost over 6 months of potential construction time due to various issues including protected crested newts in the locality the developers were keen to make up as much time as possible. Thankfully, despite being in a notoriously high rainfall area the site is now rapidly taking shape to the amazement of the locals and the delight of the developers.
