Logix Insulated Concrete Forms

Available in 3 core widths and in 2 grades of material, LOGIX forms offer the highest levels of thermal performance.

The standard form is 0.5m2, yet weighs only 3kg. With a unique interlocking design the forms simply stack together in a staggered pattern to create the shape of the building. Corners come pre-formed, complete with built in corner bracing for faster and easy construction. The unique LOGIX web, which is made from 100% recycled plastic, offers builders and homeowners practical advantages.

For the builder the LOGIX web is easy to work with during construction. It can be cut with a hand-saw, bracing can be screwed to it, It can be easily cut to create ducts for services, and it allows finishes, like plasterboard, to be attached to the wall with standard drywall screws. It also allows steel reinforcement to be incorporated quickly without the need to tie the bars together, making Logix ideal for basements.

Minimal Heat Loss

For the home owner, the Logix web allows easy fixing of heavy items to the wall, without creating a cold bridge.

The solid concrete structure created with the Logix webs means we can achieve a 3hr fire rating, before adding any contribution from the wall finishes. Ideal for party walls.

Logix forms are ideal for meeting the energy saving requirements of today’s marketplace. In standard form Logix walls exceed the Energy Savings Trust “Best Practise” guidelines, and we can also supply forms that meet the “Code for Sustainable Homes, level 4”, without increasing the wall thickness.
